Operations Manager

Preferred Requirements: * Mechanical qualification and PFI experience. * Proven experience in managing operational activities within acute hospital settings. * Experience with medical gas systems is highly beneficial. * Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain exceptional operational standards. * Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Preferred Qualifications: * Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management or related field. * Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering. * Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
