Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Surrey Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans to address specific needs and goals Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the students' requirements Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Valid exhanced DBS check on the update system Experience: Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support them Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments Knowledge of relevant educational resources and technology Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a school setting Collaborative work with school staff and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
