Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Location: Reading, United Kingdom Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum About Us: We are a reputable facilities management company dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance services to our clients. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at a static site located in Reading. If you are passionate about electrical maintenance and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and effectively. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns. Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality maintenance services. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role. Possession of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
