Hybrid Working - Accounts Payable Clerk


Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk - Hybrid Working Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Harewood Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Accounting Salary: £24,000 per annum Job Description: Job Duties: Processing invoices and expense claims Verifying and reconciling invoices Preparing and processing payment runs Responding to vendor inquiries Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions Required Qualifications: Previous experience in accounts payable or related field Strong attention to detail Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) Past experience of Navision (NAV) ERP System Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Education: AAT qualification or equivalent in Accounting Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Navision (NAV) or other ERP systems Additional accounting certifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) Working Conditions: Hybird Working 3 days in office, 2 Days at home Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
