Account Manager

We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Account Manager. Our client is based in East Kilbride and are hiring to due to growth. They are looking for someone who can nurture and grow existing accounts. This role holds a key position in the company's expansion strategy and is ideally suited for someone who excels in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. About the role; Foster and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, promptly addressing their needs and inquiries. Gain insight into client's business objectives to offer customised solutions and services. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of any issues. Identify potential business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the formulation of account growth strategies. Generate regular reports and updates on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor's activities. Manage and maintain customer price lists, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Develop and maintain a comprehensive matrix of key contacts within client companies and track levels of engagement. About You Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated passion for driving growth within existing key accounts. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have prior knowledge and experience within similar role, be confident liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
