Project Engineer

White Label is working exclusively with an engineering and manufacturing business in Chesterfield that requires a Project Engineer to join their team. The role will be split between project engineering and design and will involve occasional travel to customer sites. This role would suit an engineer with a couple of years of experience looking to progress in both project engineering and design. Responsibilities of the Project Engineer * Co-ordinating project scopes and deliverables * Co-ordinating suppliers to ensure they meet with the respective project build/execution date, as agreed with the client. * Supporting calculations to ensure that project specifications are achieved. * Creating design models & production drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for both concept designs and existing products. * Laise with clients to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure their satisfaction. Experience required of the Project Engineer * Ideally 2 years of experience in a mechanical engineering position. * Educated to HNC level or similar in Mechanical Engineering.
