Quantity Surveyor - Major Residential Development - East London This leading residential developer has a major, long-term site in East London and they have a freelance requirement for a Package Quantity Surveyor for a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave. For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will be based on site in East London, 5 days per week and be part of a commercial team working as a Package Quantity Surveyor on a large block on the site. You will as Quantity Surveyor manage sub-contract packages, issue notices, make payment and efficiently managing variation accounts and preparing final accounts at the start of next year. Procurement for the phase you will be part of is complete however it is possible that towards the end of the contract you will provide procurement assistance for the next phase and beyond. This is a really good opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor that has residential developer experience or main contracting residential construction. You will have over 5yrs of stable employment as a Quantity Surveyor in the London environment and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
