PMO/ Project Manager Admin Assistant


PMO/PM Administrative Assistant - Airport Redevelopment Project Job Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and project support for the Project Management Office (PMO) and project managers leading an airport redevelopment initiative. Assist with coordinating schedules, managing documentation, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the project. Key Responsibilities: Maintain project calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings for the PMO and project teams Organize and manage project documentation, files, and records in both digital and physical formats Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, agendas, and other project materials Provide administrative support for procurement activities, such as drafting purchase orders and processing invoices Help coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for project personnel Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related inquiries and requests Support the maintenance of the project management information system and database Provide general office management and clerical support as needed Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience supporting project management activities is preferred Knowledge of project management software and tools is an asset Familiarity with the airport or construction industry is an advantage Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
