Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Rochford, Essex Salary: £35K - £37K Shift: Days Industry: Safety Critical Components Company Description: A growing manufacturer of safety critical components is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives within the supply chain to enhance time, cost & quality. Responsibilities as Quality Engineer: * Resolve product issues. * Supplier compliance * Develop & implement correction plans. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage FAIR process. * Manage RCA reviews. * Liaise with internal stakeholders on quality issues of received products. * Generate supplier quality reports and metrics to support procurement. * Support material review board process. Skills & Experience required as Quality Engineer: * Experienced Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. * Experience with managing relationships and able to challenge when supplied products don’t meet the required criteria.
