Onboarding Compliance Executive Milk Education £24,000 Liverpool  Monday – Friday (4pm finishes on a Friday) If you are someone who thrives on the structured beauty of well-organised processes, has an innate ability to spot the smallest errors, and finds joy in ticking off items from a checklist, then you might be the perfect fit for us! Full training is provided. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to grow our compliance team and looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and can follow strict processes and instructions. This is a pivotal role across Milk Education as you’ll be responsible for ensuring safeguarding, compliance and registration criteria have been met and all pre-employment checks and paperwork have been completed correctly before candidates are cleared to work in schools. Who are we? Milk Education is an eco-friendly supply agency providing quality, TAs and support staff to schools across the UK. Main Duties and Responsibilities · Management of all new and existing candidate files ensuring all Compliance Criteria is correct. Uploading and verifying documents on our database – keeping statuses up to date and changing them where required. · Adhering to and following the MILK compliance guidelines. You will take responsibility for ensuring MILK is always at the forefront of compliance and safeguarding regulation. · Understand the DBS application/completion process / contacting DBS where necessary. · Assisting and advising our consultants to ensure our candidates are cleared quickly and efficiently · Speaking to candidates on the telephone, asking for any outstanding information that we need to clear their file for work. · Sending references and following up on any outstanding references that we are waiting for to clear a candidate for work. · Management of your compliance inbox. · Monitoring all candidates due to expire, pre-empting and gaining further documents as necessary · Auditing candidate files – internal audits. · Working and preparing for all external audits. · Qualification checks. · Running Prohibition checks. · Working with our clients to provide safeguarding information. · Consistently reviewing and updating the internal compliance procedures to decrease the timeline of clearing candidates. · Where required to update and train operations on new compliance procedures and or identify any compliance training gaps within the MILK Education.
