MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join a Local Authority based out of Hampshire This will be a temporary position paying £300 P/Day Outside of IR35 on a 6-9 Month Contract The Role: You will carry out the following: Management of the councils housing stock Valuating the price of the councils housing stock Buying & selling local properties for the council.
