We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities: As a Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students and fostering a love for learning. Your responsibilities will include: Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Primary curriculum, including literacy, numeracy, science, humanities, and creative arts. Student Engagement: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected and motivated to learn, promoting positive relationships. Individualised Support: Provide personalised support and intervention to students, identifying and addressing learning needs and adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning community, sharing best practices to enhance student outcomes. Requirements: To succeed as a supply teacher, you will need: * An Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one) * QTS or other relevant education qualifications * Experience teaching in a primary setting, with a passion for inspiring young learners. Additional Details: Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
