Revit MEP Technician – Building Services Design – Bristol – Salary circa £32,000-£45,000 DOE Looking to work for a big company with sustainability at the heart of their business? Delivering expertise in a range of sectors including Defence & Security and Arts, Culture & Heritage, they have worked on huge projects in the UK, such as the RAF Museum in Hendon and the Queen Elizabeth School in Solihull, as well as big projects worldwide. As a Revit Technician, you will be part of a large and diverse team working together to bring innovative solutions for clients. Every day, you will be involved in developing, governing and delivering sustainability strategies from inception, through to hand over for buildings and property portfolios. You will specialise in sustainable appraisals, carbon and energy modelling and climate change. You will work on prestigious projects from large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes, with the overall aim to minimise the carbon footprint and impact on the environment. Currently, this team are working on projects for airports, MOD, and the police with £120 million. You will be exposed to many sectors and many cultures working with interesting clients including large retail companies, local authorities, Schools/Universities, contractors, and developers.
