Join our prestigious well-known client in the Mansfield area! Orbital Recruitment is currently looking for a Purchase Ledger to work in a great location being around 5-10 minutes car journey from the Mansfield town centre. Main duties are day-to-day support to ledger function, cash and bank reporting, alongside broader administrative tasks supporting management account function, such as dealing with company expenses. We are looking for a candidate who is patient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and is also a strong team player with a can-do attitude. Essential skills and experience: * Basic numeracy and good experience of purchase ledger function * Strong administrative skills with the ability to identify basic commercial documents, such as orders, invoices and statements * Good experience of transactional data entry * Experience of cash and banking reporting, including company expenses, internet banking and bank reconciliations * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills * Technological skills, particularly MS Excel * Good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner Desirable skills and experience: * Experience of high-volume transactional data entry * Experience of workflow and document management systems, though training will be given * An analytical, questioning attitude The Next Step: * APPLY NOW – Call our friendly team on (phone number removed) * Don't forget to follow us on Facebook for the latest updates on new jobs roles, events and more.
