Junior BIM Assistant

Junior BIM Assistant required to assist a supportive, forward thinking and rapidly growing multidisciplinary construction consultancy based from their London or Norwich office. The Junior BIM Assistant Role The Junior BIM Assistant will assist across a variety of sectors, including education, healthcare, residential and more. Assist in developing BIM Models using Autodesk Revit Ensure BIM Models are accurately representing project requirements and design intent Quality checks on BIM models Ensure compliance with project standards Deliver BIM solutions for an array of sectors Coordinate with the architecture, engineering and other sectors to cross check models. Preparing and coordinating design and construction documents using BIM tools Adhere to established BIM standards Stay updated on industry trends Support project team members on BIM software Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BIM related issues Collaborate with project stakeholdersFurther key skills Proficient in BIM software (Autodesk Revit AutoCAD, Navisworks) Strong attention to detail Previous experience or internship is highly beneficialIn Return… Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 25 days annual leave with long service recognition and festive shutdown.
