Job Title: Senior Construction Manager Location: Central London Size / Value: £16M Sector: Commercial Offices Recruiting Timescales: Immediate Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 PAYE / Contractor: PAYE Rough explanation of what’s involved on the project: - Help complete construction of London-based project with a mechanical bias. - Follow-on project to large-scale London project in Berkley Square, Mayfair. - Project duration through to 2027. Responsibilities: - Overseeing all major mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction activities. - Ensuring the timely completion of construction milestones. - Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. - Managing project budgets and expenditures. - Collaborating with other project managers to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall construction. - Monitoring and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site. - Providing regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. - Leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals
