BEMS Project Manager - Major Projects

We are seeking a BEMS Project Manager to join a national market leader in the Building Management Systems industry, this role will be looking after major projects within London & South East. The Role: In the BMS industry, the Project Manager oversees project lifecycles, from conception to completion, within the BEMS Major Projects team. They manage tasks, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Technical expertise in systems like Siemens, Distech, or Tridium is crucial, as is effective communication for liaising with stakeholders. The role demands adaptability, resilience, and a full driving license for site visits and client meetings. The ideal candidate will: * Prior experience as a Project Manager in the UK's BEMS & Building Controls industries, with expertise in Siemens, Distech, or Tridium systems. * Proficiency in job start-up, checkout, and troubleshooting for installed systems and services. * Excellent communication skills and adeptness in report writing to foster strong relationships with team members and clients. Microsoft Office proficiency is essential. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines confidently * Due to the nature of this role, it’s essential you possess a full UK driving licence.
