This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in turnaround management to lead a dedicated team and drive positive change. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential home. Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and resident satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them. Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive working environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, with a background in turnaround management preferred. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards. Passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
