Maintenance Engineer

Role: Maintenance Engineer Location: Luton Salary: £35,000-£40,000pa We are currently recruiting for a Static M &E Maintenance Engineer in Luton to join our team. We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK. As an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be working in an office building in Luton carrying out all service works such as basic Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works. Job: Basic plumbing Mechanical works : BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, water tests Electrical works such as lighting / controls , pat testing Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activitiesPackage: £35,000-£40,000pa 45-hour week Full time/permanent position Monday-Friday 8-5 Uniform Mobile phone/tablet 28 days holiday including bank holidays Government pension scheme Referral Scheme Career progression & training opportunities Childcare voucher scheme Staff recognition scheme Company socials throughout the year and subsidised Christmas party If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV and we will give you a call for a confidential chat.
