Job Overview The purpose of the role is to help continue establishing, building and developing a marketing presence for the Prospero Integrated brand. The role initially will be to gain a thorough understanding of the audio visual market, the complexity of the recruitment industry, what the wider business objectives are and how marketing can contribute to achieving those. The role will consist of working alongside our Audio Visual Associate Director and the wider team to establish what their immediate short-term priorities are, as well as taking strategic direction from the Head of Marketing to implement longer-term marketing projects, creating multi-channel marketing campaigns that are aligned with both purposes. Responsibilities and Duties Social Media Content research, planning and creation Coordinating, scheduling and posting across all social pages and platforms Conduct market research to identify the target audience's needs, competition, and current trends Monitoring, tracking and reporting back on engagement levels and follower growth Email Marketing Creating email marketing campaigns, both reactive and proactive to send to our customer base. Monitoring key performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate and sharing candidate insight with wider team Adapt and refine our comms, looking at new and innovative ways of conveying our core service deliverablesMarketing Material Creating and adapting Job Profile graphics Creating flyers, brochures or other supporting material Updating business card and email signature designsEvents Help with the organization and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade showsPaid Advertising Creating, managing and reporting on Social media Ads across Facebook and LinkedInWebsite Auditing and maintaining the Prospero Integrated website, offering suggestions for future development to enhance the UX and UI Producing new content for the website, such as videos, blogs and case studies. Working with the wider team to improve site performance Undertaking competitor research and suggesting new ways of evolving the website in terms of design and functionality Work alongside the Senior Content and SEO lead to implement our SEO strategy to improve organic performance Helping to manage and track leads internally, using findings to adapt and inform future activityReputation Management Helping to collate new reviews Responding and replying to reviews and enquiries Promoting reviews externally What success in the position looks like Delivery of consistent, quality, engaging content Increase in engagement levels and follower growth on social media pages Increase in volume and quality of marketing material Generate a good quality overall review score across dedicated Audio Visual review platforms Increase in candidate retention rate, via a communication strategy that incorporates email marketing and marketing automation Develop a better overall consistency of branding and a clearer presence Qualifications and experience required Videography experience is highly advantageous A Degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred Minimum 2 years of business work experience in MarketingKey skills Video creation and editing skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Team player with a positive and dynamic personality Excellent planning and organisational skills Adaptability Strong attention to detail Good organisation and planning skills Creativity and writing skills Commercial awareness Numerical skills IT skills Ability to plan and report on SMART objectives A 'can do attitude'Benefits of the role: Central London office Medicash benefits: Including reduced Gym, Opticians, Wellness Private healthcare Fast career progression - professional training and a career development plan tailored to you Working with a dynamic, young and creative marketing team supporting a thriving international business Joining a collaborative, friendly and positive culture that rewards hard work and success
