Junior Internal Sales Engineer


White Label Recruitment are currently working with an innovative and exciting Manufacturer of Engineered products who are on the lookout for an Internal Sales person to join their busy team in Bristol! The business has grown steadily over the years and is currently the largest manufacturer of their niche product in Europe! The business is turning over just shy of £4M. They supply mainly into the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Water industries. The role of the Internal Sales Engineer: * This person will be the main point of contact for customers, regarding enquiries or issues. * You will produce customer quotations in a timely manor and follow these up throughout. * Full training will be given, but you will be responsible for sizing and selecting products based on technical process information. * Coordinate with and work closely with the external sales team * Offer customers advice on products * Utilise the ERP systems and CRM system The person: * MUST have internal sales experience and/or sales support / sales admin experience * Experience within a mechanical engineering environment is desirable * Must be comfortable producing and following up quotes * Able to provide excellent customer service The package: * £24,000 to £32,000 per annum dependent on experience * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Upon completing the initial training period, there is hybrid working on offer, with 3 days working from home My client is booking immediate interviews so if you would like to be taken into consideration for this position, please submit your CV
