We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance and refurb contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in Cornwall. Day to Day: To manage the day-to-day requirements of a repairs and maintenance contract Lead a team, monitoring performance and delivery with the end client Work closely with the senior management team Experience of working on a social housing contract, Experience of schedule of rates Reporting budgets Monthly and quarterly contract reviews Requirements (Skills & Qualifications): Suitable related construction based NVQ or equivalent Strong contract and people management experience Experience working in social housing essential Experience of working high volume repairs jobs Excellent communication skills Understanding around HR process Benefits: Holiday pay     Bank holidays off     Car or car allowance     Career development Please apply or contact Kirsty at Build Recruitment for further details.
