Project Manager

Proejct Manager Alecto Recruitment is in partnership with an established Swimming Pool Contractor based in Essex, who due to continued growth are recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. With some exciting projects on the horizon, the workload is now at a stage where the business requires someone full time in this role, and as such, are looking for someone to start asap. Based in Essex, the company work within London and surrounding counties, and are involved in high end projects, primarily on the Commercial side. This position will suit someone who is used to working on High end developments on both a Residential and Commercial basis. Swimming Pool industry experience would be very advantageous but isn't essential. Working alongside the Sales, Design and site staff you will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple projects You will be responsible for managing H&S, procuring materials, and ensuring labour is on site when required, as well as monitoring budgets and programmes to ensure both are on track You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes, CAD experience would be advantageous This position will suit somone coming from a Fit Out background with both Residential and Commercial experience.
