Project Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor Central London To £60k + Car Allowance, Travel and Benefits Our client specialise in managing fit out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors in London from Commercial Offices to High End Restaurants and Healthcare suites with values from £1m to £10m. As Project QS you will be managing a £4m High End Restaurant project in Central London and will report into the Commercial Manager. Experience of managing fit out / refurbishment projects as the lead QS is preferred for this role with values in excess of £1m. The project is due to start in the summer and my client is looking for a QS to help with procurement and get everything organised for the start on site.
