Auditor

Auditor Location: Hybrid working. 3 days a week in the Basingstoke office and two days home working. Salary: £22,308 Role: Full time/Permanent. Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Do you have a strong attention to detail? Able to multitask and manage your time effectively? We have a position available for an Auditor to join a friendly and professional team in Basingstoke. Full training will be given. If you have a keen eye for detail this could be the role for you. The purpose of the role is to conduct compliance checks and audits on company files. Applicants should meet the following criteria: * Good administration skills * A good attention to detail * The ability to communicate in a professional manner * Good IT Skills * A passionate and positive approach to work * Good analytical skills Key duties & responsibilities: * Carry out the auditing of files to ensure compliance with company standards * Ensure all relevant forms are within the correct folders * Ensure that the compliance policy is adhered to at all times * Ensure relevant data protection rules are adhered to * Resolve compliance difficulties as they arise * Undertake all relevant training when required * Liaise with Management at all levels to ensure the relevant compliance figures and reports are correct and distributed * Ensure all external audits are passed to a high standard including ISO accreditation's * To convey non-compliance in a professional, confident, and diplomatic manner without prejudice or blame
