From Business Analysts in large government organisations to Software Developers in the private sector – we are always in search of the best talent to place, now.   How Specialist Talent Works:  At Peregrine, we find the best talent for our clients. As a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits, you will be deployed across our portfolio of clients as a specialist consultant, working on a wide array of complex projects across multiple industries.  The Role:  The Police National Computer (PNC) is one of the UK’s critical national law enforcement data systems. The implementation of the Law Enforcement Data Service (LEDS) by the National Law Enforcement Data Programme (NLEDP) will replace the PNC and develop new data services. The programme will deliver a range of benefits, principally the avoidance of future running costs associated with PNC, but also substantial end user efficiency and effectiveness benefits. The LEDS programme is a critical GMPP programme. The stakeholder environment is complex with over 120 organisations having direct access to PNC and a further 60 with indirect access via a third-party service. These organisations are almost exclusively in the law enforcement community and include police forces, government departments and some commercial organisations. In addition, each individual organisation can determine the timings of their own change programmes and, because the NLEDP delivery approach creates windows for implementation, it means that we will have LEDS user organisations at different stages of their adoption journey at any given time.
