Out Of Hours Talent Engagement Partner Location: Remote Contract: Temp to Perm The Role: The role of the Out of Hours Talent Engagement partner is to deliver the best talent across the customer portfolio and also utilising the Care Hub. To drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers (clients, candidates, workers & suppliers) by embracing a promised based culture. To manage the recruitment life cycle across multiple client accounts and to build strong, long-standing relationships with our Customers, Candidates and External Partners. To act as an ambassador for Guidant Global, ensuring that our values and guiding principles are upheld in everything that you do and that any action taken, continually works towards achieving 'high road' recruitment practices whilst actively driving the company business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Be proactive in redeploying talent across customers in line with client shift requirements. Obtain, manage, and distribute shift rotas to the appropriate supply chain and confirm back with client stakeholders. Build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders across Impellam Group to drive and optimise group fill Build strong and lasting relationships with relevant external supply partners. Manage the feedback and interaction between Supply Chain Partners to secure the best talent for a customer's (both internal and external) Ensure feedback is provided to all relevant stakeholders involved in the process in a timely and constructive manner. Embody the principles of Golden Thread, ensuring candidate and worker relationships are maintained, in order to reduce worker attrition rates and re-deploy workers at assignment end.What we're looking for Role modelling behaviours in-line with Guidant values & guiding principles Customer (Client, Worker & Candidate, Supply Chain) satisfaction - measured by NPS.
