Planner Scheduler / Coordinator (Maintenance)


£25,000 - £28,000 25 Days annual leave, pension & discretionary quarterly bonus Mon-Fri, 09:00am-18:00pm Central London (near Liverpool Street) A great position for Planners / Schedulers within social housing / maintenance, providing an excellent opportunity for career and financial progression The Client: A forward-thinking SME making waves in the property maintenance sector, this rapidly growing business is becoming rapidly recognised for delivering efficient, high-quality maintenance, refurbishment and finishing works for a vast portfolio of; market leading estate / letting agents, domestic and commercial landlords across London. The Role: Looking to strengthen their client relationships and expand their capacity to take on new business, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Account Manager. You will be working closely with one of the current Account Managers to support with calls from established clients and new clients, helping to plan / schedule the tradespeople for the jobs, assist with administrative tasks. Responsibilities: * Assist the Account Manager with initial enquiries from established clients of the business, talking through project requirements and organising for quotes to be estimated and sent out * Allocating maintenance trades to attend a range of planned and reactive maintenance works * Procurement of the correct materials and sub-contractors, sourcing from a range of established relationships that the business has built over time, alongside identifying new suppliers * Ensure the correct and accurate maintenance of project records, dealing with all ad-hoc administration that your projects generate * Troubleshooting and problem-solving Requirements & Experience: * Previous experience within social housing (maintenance contractors / housing associations / local authorities) or the property maintenance industry is desirable.
