Call Centre Operatives Working alongside our client you will develop loads of experience in many different sectors, the opportunity to be promoted within the company is highly likely as the ethos of our client is to reward motivation and hard-work! Responsibilities: • Taking inbound calls. • Provide a customer-friendly service. • Make accurate and detailed reports of each customer interaction. • Operate within a number of third-party CRM systems to log requests. • Adhere to PCI compliance guidelines. • Manage workload the prioritise tasks appropriately. • Liaise with clients, customers and engineers to maintain positive working relationships. Skills: • Great first step into an office based role, our client provides training so experience isn't also needed! • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Active listening skills. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts: Flexible working hours required - afternoons AND nights (mandatory), 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Pay: £11.44 per hour + benefits Benefits: Full and ongoing training and support will be provided.
