The role will report into the Group Managing Director and work closely with Sales Managers to develop strategic direction and growth. Business Development Manager Role and Responsibilities Be responsible for the operations and performance. Implement strategies to increase sales. Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and execute financial plans. Business Development Manager Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in a senior management role. Ability to develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies.
