Project Director - High End Fit Out

Project Director - High End Fit Out Contractor - Mayfair, London Company: Currently our client is seeking a project director who has previous experience in fit out & joinery projects. Ideally you would have also worked on high end residential or leisure projects such as hotels, apartments, and restaurants. Ideally you would have previously worked on fit out packages over £60m in value. This contractor have gained a very prestigious name in the construction industry (specifically in the fit out world). They have over 30 years trading history and have worked alongside some of the best developers/main contractors who regularly repeat purchase. Project Director Requirements: * Previous experience managing £60m+ projects * Previously you would have worked on high end residential or hotel packages in the fit out/joinery sector * Fully competent in H&S. CSCS Black Card is desirable. * Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures. * Strong influencing, negotiating and presentation skills.
