We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client's bursary team based on-site in Cambridge.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant will play a key role in the bursary team and will allow the successful candidate scope to develop their career.

Key responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:

  • Invoice and payment processing.
  • Remittance advice - BACS payment system.
  • Utilising Oracle NetSuite.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.

What is required to be a successful Purchase Ledger Assistant:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger capacity
  • Prior experienced of financial accounting software - Oracle NetSuite is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
