Position Overview:

We're in search of a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. In this pivotal but diverse role, you'll provide crucial support to our HR department, ensuring seamless operations within the Partnership.

Your main responsibilities will focus on supporting recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, alongside handling various administrative tasks such as ER casework, processing contractual variations and terminations, and managing associated payroll administration. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems, databases, and electronic files.

Your experience in administration, particularly in coordinating processes, systems, and databases, combined with your proactive approach, will be invaluable in thriving within our fast-paced environment.

Based at our Hinckley site in Leicestershire, this fully onsite role is integral to supporting the HR team and presents an excellent opportunity for career development, as the Partnership offers a clear path for progression and professional growth.

Areas of Impact:

  • Oversee the complete employee onboarding process, managing starters, leavers, and changes.
  • Handle References and Exit Interviews, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Generate various HR-related documents, such as contract amendments, employment references, and long service letters, as well as salary increase and promotion letters.
  • Maintain accurate Right to Work evidence, ensuring compliance with audits.
  • Maintain precise data and records on HR systems (iTrent).
  • Conduct audits on employee documents to ensure completion and compliance with regulations, including Risk Assessments, Health checklists, and DPS.
  • Advertise all vacancies according to brand guidelines.
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and currency of documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
  • Support assigned HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR Administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
