Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Location: Cwmbran NP44 Wales - Torfaen

Total Salary: GBP24,464 per annum

  • 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:

    • Provide excellent customer service and support.
    • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Assist in daily administrative tasks.
    • Maintain accurate customer records.
  3. Communication:

    • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations.
    • Facilitate communication between customers and departments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Training:

  • 2 weeks training starting from April in Tamworth, Staffordshire - all expenses paid for!

Note:

  • A DBS Check will be undertaken during the first 2 weeks of employment.
