Team Administrator (Part-Time)


WE Talent are working with our client who are looking for a Part-Time Team Administrator to join their team.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 20 hours per week 9 am until 1 pm (or 9.30 am until 1.30 pm)
  • Permanent
  • Office based

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling and attending meetings
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and databases and produce reports and supply requests for information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Assist the team with projects as required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post duties
  • Email and diary management

Requirements

  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience is essential
  • Experience working within financial services or a similar FCA regulated industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
