40 hours per week with the occasional weekend

The role:
Lead a single kitchen on all food production with a team of assistants.
Overall ownership of the operational management and financial performance.
Responsible for efficient execution and delivery of all food production.
Experience of managing a team,
Plan team meetings, training and succession planning
Understanding of due diligence procedures

Qualifications/Certifications:
Previous Management experience in food services
Level 3 Food Hygiene
NVQ level 3
