With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a Labourer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment at the construction site.
• Perform general construction tasks, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of temporary structures as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects regularly.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
