Careers, T-Level Industry Placement and Work Experience Team Leader

As a Careers, Industry Placement and Work Experience team leader, you will be part of the Student Services Team, ensuring that students have access to great Careers Education, Advice and Guidance.

Working across the college, and with your team, you will lead on activity that prepares students for their next steps so that they can achieve their career goals. An important part of this is ensuring that students participate in safe and valuable industry placements (for T-Level students) and work experience. You will have a positive impact on the futures of our students, throughout their college journey and beyond.

You will have a great understanding of the landscape of careers in education (e.g., Gatsby Benchmarks) and a strong knowledge of guidance relating to T Level placements and work experience. You will be confident supporting the team to deliver, measuring the impact of activity, and ensuring that every student has an amazing experience.

Contractual Details

Rate of Pay or Salary: £26,414 – 28,173 per annum

Working Time: 37 hours per week, all year round

Contract Type: Permanent

Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme

Leave entitlement: 29 days per year, plus bank holidays and additional discretionary leave at Christmas.
