CMM Inspector

Our client is looking for a CMM Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis on the night shift.

Duties will include but be limited to:
Inspecting parts, CMM or manual methods, adjusting CMM programs.
Performing in process, first off and final inspection activities on all products.
Ensuring all quality related matters are raised during Inspection to the Quality or Production Team for resolution.
Maintaining a quality first outlook on all inspection activities and decisions made.
Ensuring that all documentation and reports are maintained and completed accurately.
Raising nonconforming material/products and support corrective action activity / investigations when required.

The ideal candidate would have:
Previous experience working in a similar role.
Understanding of CMM Best practice techniques.
In Depth Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Understanding of drawing tolerances & specifications.
Proficient in the use of IT Software, including Word & Excel
Working knowledge of Mitutoyo CMM's

This is a Monday to Thursday type of role, 39 hours per week.
Working hours: Monday to Wednesday 5:00PM to 3:30AM and Thursday 5:00PM to 2:30AM.
