Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain utility systems within the refinery, such as water treatment plants, CHP plants, turbines, pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor system parameters, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize energy production and efficiency.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of utility facilities.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements, maintaining a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical operations, maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Operator Technician, preferably in a refinery or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of water treatment systems, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants, and mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
