Job Title : Childrens Registered Manager
Salary : Up to 50,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)
Location : Leytonstone, London

Our client already holds a huge presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs

Exciting times as they open a brand new 6 bed home based in Leytonstone, Ilford and on the lookout for a Deputy Manager looking to take on their own home or a Childrens Registered Manager looking for a fresh opportunity to put their stamp on.

  • Salary up to 50,000 per annum - plus bonus for Ofsted ratings and capacity
  • Located in Leytonstone, Greater London
  • Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users
  • You will have support from a Deputy Manager, as well and senior support workers and residential support workers

  • Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
  • Previous experience at Deputy Manager or Childrens Registered Manager level (Essential)
  • Must have strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations within residential settings (Essential)
