Letting Negotiator


Position: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Aylesbury

Work Type/Model: A minimum of 20 hours a week with flexible hours

Salary: 12.50 - 13.50 per hour and uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business owner to drive all business activities and surpass income targets.
  • Manage the lead generation aspect of the business.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to foster client recommendations.
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and provide information on available properties.
  • Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Manage the letting process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and property regulations.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to secure new letting stock.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for building robust relationships.
  • Prior experience in listing properties for lettings.
  • Preferably holding an ARLA qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Target-oriented and resilient, with a proven history of success.
  • Capacity to consistently exceed activity and income objectives.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of service and presentation.
  • Effective organizational abilities.
  • Must own a car with a valid driver's license and business insurance cover.
