Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the business owner to drive all business activities and surpass income targets.

Manage the lead generation aspect of the business.

Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to foster client recommendations.

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.

Handle tenant inquiries and provide information on available properties.

Negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.

Manage the letting process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Stay up-to-date on market trends and property regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:

Demonstrated ability to secure new letting stock.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for building robust relationships.

Prior experience in listing properties for lettings.

Preferably holding an ARLA qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

Target-oriented and resilient, with a proven history of success.

Capacity to consistently exceed activity and income objectives.

Motivated and enthusiastic demeanor.

Commitment to upholding high standards of service and presentation.

Effective organizational abilities.

Must own a car with a valid driver's license and business insurance cover.
