Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week with flexibility required

Location: Chelmsford base with hybrid working. Travel required to support other services across Essex

ECL are looking for a Resource Planner to join our Day Opportunities team on a permanent basis. Working across Essex, you'll be integral in managing shifts for our support workers within our Day Centres, ensuring that all customers receive the best service possible.

This new role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, reactive environment. You'll need strong attention to detail to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard with an appetite to learn and use our computer systems as we look to go paperless across our services.

About You

About You

To succeed in this role, you need:

Experience of working with a variety of electronic systems with strong IT skills
Exceptional communication skills and customer service
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to use your own initiative and resolve queries quickly and effectively
The ability to work well under pressure
To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
Experience of dealing with sensitive data and an understanding of Information Governance/Data Protection would be an advantage

Travel required across Essex to support all our Day Centres as needed.
