Assistant Site Manager - Residential

My client is currently looking for a versatile individual to join their team in the role of Site Manager, with responsibilities spanning both office and on-site management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the sites. Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints. Supervise site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are maintained. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals. Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and project files. Requirements: Proven experience in an Assistant Site Manager role, with a background in residential construction. Qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and a degree in Construction Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites. Benefits: A salary of up to £36,000 per annum + performance based bonus
