Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Ashford Job Type: Full time/permanent, working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (3 Days in office 2 at home) Salary: £25,000 per annum This is a wonderful opportunity to start a career in HR, working for a global organisation with a great company culture. Job Overview: This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will assist with Training and HR administration across the business. Responsibilities: Coordinate training for all staff (on and off site) Keep the LMS system up to date and maintain training diaries/schedules Coordinate and schedule employee on boarding and orientation activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and training records Process employee documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrityQualifications: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
