Job Profile for Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor - LF(phone number removed) Our client, a multi-disciplinary surveying and town planning consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their Brentwood office. The ideal candidate will have previously had experience in a broad range of Building Surveying duties such as dilapidations, contract administration, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, party wall work, building surveys and more. Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Overview Residential, Commercial and Heritage work Level 3 Building Surveys predominantly but not limited to this Refurbishment and Extension projects Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor Position Requirements MRICS Status Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar Broad Building Surveying experience which includes surveying for residential / commercial refurbishment and extension projects.
