Exciting opportunity for a Charge Nurse to join our client's friendly Pre-Assessment team in an award winning private hospital in Harrow. This Charge Nurse role comes with a salary up to £51,500 and excellent benefits. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours a week working flexible shift patterns. If you were already in this Charge Nurse - Pre Assessment role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week: Responsible for day to day management of the Hospital Ward, and its staff. Providing clinical leadership in an effective and efficient management of ward resources, driving clinical excellence in all aspect of care received by patients. Responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda.To apply for this Charge Nurse role, you will need valid NMC registration and evidence of relevant clinical professional development. You will also require the following: Experienced in acute nursing care at Senior Nurse level or equivalent. Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
