We are looking for someone who is looking to excel and hit the ground running in a well exposed 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk / Telecoms position. Ideal candidates will have a significant experience working within an IT/Telecoms support environment, whilst also having a strong technical stack across Windows OS/Server, Troubleshooting, Server/Desktop Support, Networking and Routing/Switching. My client also understand the importance of employee progression, hence why the successful candidate will be exposed to paid training and progression programmes, as well as a company car to travel to their client sites.
