We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team as we have bold and ambitious growth plans in 2024 and beyond. The Role: By using a compassionate and consultative sales approach, the Account Manager will be supplying clients with the ideal solution to suit their requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success, working alongside a seasoned Sales and Technical team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge audio-visual projects. Key Responsibilities: Business Development (including but not limited to): Identifying suitable future projects that UP can quote to provide goods and services. Forming and maintaining effective and lucrative relationships Staying ahead of technology and techniques in order to best promote UP services, equipment and people. Contributing to pricing decisions and quotations for projects by providing market intelligence, competitive information, and other market and customer feedback Developing and maintaining forecast reporting and providing regular and accurate updates to Sales Management Sales Management Commercial rental & sales (including but not limited to): Covering all event market sectors, including but not limited to Arts, TV & Film, and Music Assisting / supporting our clients in achieving their required results Attending site/client meetings/conference calls as required Collaborating with UP project management and technical departments during the quoting stage of projects Contributing with other UP commercial colleagues to grow the overall business. Ensuring the highest standards of project delivery Experience and Skills Required: Sales experience within Audio Visual - essential Experience of working alongside AV consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Fit out Companies. Confident new business hunter with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication skills - Able to build and maintain excellent client relationships. Account Management experience. Able to multitask and work to deadlines. Self-motivated, driven and goal orientated. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Full UK Driving License - Extensive travel Nationwide In Return: If successful within your application you will receive a fantastic annual salary of between £60-£70K per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus benefits.
