Capital Works Officer

Our client, is seeking a skilled Capital Works Officer to join their team on a contract basis. As a Capital Works Officer, you will play a crucial role in approving and monitoring a program of capital works improvements, encompassing internal, external, and communal projects. Key Responsibilities: Approving and monitoring a program of capital works improvements Evaluating variations and ensuring compliance with Section 20 Managing contracts and monitoring quality, timescales, and tenant satisfaction Producing reports and presenting information at all levels Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Job Requirements: Significant experience in building surveying Strong contract management skills Understanding of Section 20 Ability to work on own initiative Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of delivering capital works programs within the housing sector
